1.⁠ ⁠Property Type: A 4 or 5 BHK villa or a hall with a carpet area of 2400+ sq. ft.
2.⁠ ⁠Lease Duration: 3-5 years or even beyond that depending on the requirement.
3.⁠ ⁠Facilities Needed: At least 4 washrooms and 1 kitchen.
4.⁠ ⁠Permission: Preschool activity must be allowed on the property.
Budget 1 lakh to 1,80 lakhs depending on property and location for average client and 4lakhs for high end preschools.
