The property primarily was purchased and held within the family. In 2006 they sold it to the present Owner lateral to the sale deed the members of the family initiated a suit against the purchaser where they stated they failed to receive their part of the sale consideration. only then they got to know that a member within the family had received Full and final settlement of everyone including him in his name and failed to distribute among the members. Consequent of this the members initiated a money recovery suit and later on came to a settlement with the owner saying they would require X amount of money to relinquish their rights in totality thus the case is referred to Lokadha and is for settlement.
