4. The RTC and Phani in the name of the purchaser upto 2002 to 2003.
5. 2002 and onwards the govt of india conducted survey of entire 284 acres of land and declared govt gamala.
6. The party approached in the high court, the high court given mandamus direction to AC and also thahasildar in respected area.
7. Now the party ( seller) approached AC and thahasildar and narrated the detais.
8. After tht they came a conclussion to setrate the problems.
9. The concerned officers are agreed to place in the phani and mutation.
10. The entire land in gollapade village, chikkaballapura district, devanahalli talluk.
