3. Canteen area at the back with kitchen space and toilets attached – seating capacity 50 people at a time
4. Non-electronic scrap yard next to the canteen
5. Shopfloor should have adequate toilets for men/women for a floor strength of up to 100 people in each floor

a) G+1 with stairs, fire escape and elevators
Reception facing the longer side of the plot, with passenger and goods elevator on either side. Goods elevator on the store/warehouse side.
b) Incoming and outgoing store areas towards the road with loading/unloading docks and in/out gates
c) 1 man (5 person) and 1 goods elevator (2.5T)
d) Structure can be RCC and Sheet combo but suitable for air-conditioning
e) Office area for 25 seats, 3 cabins, 2 meeting rooms (10 seater). Separate high quality toilet for office area.
f) Air conditioning:
