Priority areas:
1. BTM Layout 2nd Stage/Old Madiwala / BTM 1st Stage
2. Bilekahalli / Arekere
3. Harlur / Kudlu
4. Marathahalli / Munnekollal / Doddanekkundi/
Preferred:
• ₹60–70L range; can stretch for an exceptional property
• ~950–1,250 sq ft
• Established apartment, preferably resale
• Covered car parking
• Bank-loan eligible / clean title
• Good water supply
• Minimal renovation preferred
• Actual achievable rent of ₹40k+ is important
I'm particularly interested in:
• urgent sale
• owner relocating
• loan closure
• owner needing liquidity
• long-held properties
• properties where there is genuine room for negotiation.Please don't send me new-project inventory or properties priced at the top of the market.
For every property, please send the exact building/project name, location, size, age, asking price, maintenance, parking, current rent if occupied, photos and reason for sale.
If the numbers work, I'm a serious buyer and can move quickly after legal and loan due diligence.
